St. Luke Lutheran Church, 2666 Furnace Road, Felton, will hold a summer picnic on Saturday, Aug. 3, from 3 to 7 p.m. rain or shine.

The menu will include pulled pork sandwiches, ham and cheese sandwiches, hot dogs, ice cream, baked goods, and cold drinks. Free hot dogs will be available for kids age 12 and under. Chicken corn soup and ham and bean soup will be available to eat at the event or as takeout; there is a fee per quart. The dining room is air-conditioned.

The event will also include games and face painting, and Summit Hill Bluegrass will perform bluegrass and gospel music. Attendees may bring lawn chairs.
