Traditions of Hershey is among a list of senior living communities nationwide named Best Senior Living by U.S. News & World Report.

The personal and memory care community in Palmyra, distinguished as Best Assisted Living, has consecutively received the award since the rating program launched in 2022. 

 Organizations often interchange personal care for assisted living, although differences in licensing vary by state. For U.S. News' ratings, communities in the U.S. are evaluated in one or more of the following categories: independent living, assisted living, memory care, and continuing care retirement.

U.S. News analyzed survey data from senior living communities nationwide. The survey asked residents and family members about their satisfaction with aspects of the community such as safety, caregiving, management, staff, food and dining, and activities.
