The Edible Classroom will hold its inaugural Garden Soiree Fundraiser on Saturday, Oct. 12, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the garden at Lafayette Elementary School, 1000 Fremont St., Lancaster. The event will feature herbal mocktails, a silent auction, live music, hearty hors d'oeuvres from Upohar World Kitchen, and food created using recipes from the Edible Classroom. Attendees will also learn how they can help shape the future of the community.
