Lititz recCenter will hold the 46th annual Pretzel Twist 5K Race and Kids Run on Saturday, Sept. 21. The Kids Run will start at 7:45 a.m., with the 5K at 8 a.m. The Pretzel Twist is a Triple Crown Series event.
