MANTEC, South Central PA's Industrial Resource Center, will hold a program titled "Bursting at the Seams?" on Thursday, Sept. 26, from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. at WEPA Empowerment Center, 9 S. Ninth St., Lebanon. A panel of local experts will discuss strategies for navigating the complexities of manufacturing and industrial construction.

The event aims to address questions faced by industry leaders contemplating facility expansions, whether through reorganization, renovation, expansion, or new construction. The event will feature a diverse panel of specialists who will offer insights into various facets of the expansion process, such as maximizing space through advanced facility planning and workflow optimization, insights on identifying and securing ideal land locations, expert guidance on effective land planning and stormwater management strategies, innovative approaches to design-build methodologies, essential perspectives on financing options and strategies, and the value of digital twinning in enhancing operational efficiencies and strategic decision-making.

Presenters will include representatives from Lebanon Valley Economic Development Company, MANTEC, Scenic Ridge Construction, Steckbeck Engineering, and Iron Valley Real Estate.
