Sheriff's Office staff members complete training

The Chester County Sheriff's Office has announced that Sgt. Daniel Clifton, Deputy Anthony Schuibbeo, and Deputy David Reeves have completed the national Mobile Field Force Instructor training. This specialized training equips the sheriff's deputies with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively manage large-scale events while ensuring the safety and security of the community.

Chester County deputies will be required to complete the foundational course and ongoing in-service training to prepare for any events where the Sheriff's Office is called upon to help maintain public order. The purpose of the Mobile Field Force Instructor training is to prepare Chester County deputies to respond appropriately and professionally to both planned and unplanned events and to approach situations with respect to the rights of all individuals while maintaining peace and safety.

Chester County Sheriff Kevin D. Dykes noted that his office will also collaborate with the Chester County Prison for future joint operations.
