Maria Frisby, a Middletown resident and the former Ms. Pennsylvania 2004, recently participated in the homecoming parade at her alma mater, Penn State University in State College.

In addition to Penn State, Frisby graduated from Middletown Area High School and HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College. She was recently selected again for the Fab Over 40 worldwide competition.
