A manure management training will be held for area farmers on Wednesday, Dec. 11, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Stephen Zook farm, 529 Noble Road, Christiana. This program is sponsored by the Lancaster County Conservation District, Little Britain Ag Supply, the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay, and Penn State Extension.

Attendees will learn how to fill out the required Manure Management Manual, have personalized maps created on-site, and earn pesticide credits. Morning refreshments and lunch will be provided.
