Six Weeks to a Healthier You will take place on Wednesdays, Jan. 15 to Feb. 19, from 6 to 7 p.m. at The Wellness Grove, 222 S. Market St., Elizabethtown. Nikita Grove, registered dietician and founder of The Wellness Grove, will share information about the Blue Zones, regions around the world where people live exceptionally long, vibrant lives. Drawing on the wisdom of these longevity hotspots, the program will share strategies to optimize well-being. It will feature live preparations and sampling of items.

Vinyasa Yoga, open to people age 16 and up, will be held on Mondays, Jan. 6 to March 10, and Thursdays, Jan. 9 to March 13. All classes will take place from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Masonic Village Carpenter Chapel, 1244 Bainbridge Road, Elizabethtown. The program is suitable for people with any level of yoga experience, including beginners.

A Social Security Workshop will be offered on Tuesday, Jan. 14, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the East Donegal Township Municipal Building, 190 Rock Point Road, Marietta. Attendees will learn how to understand their benefit choices, decide when to start their benefits, factor in Medicare, reduce or eliminate taxation of Social Security, optimize their retirement benefit, and create an income base. The class will be taught by Len Bodnar from Bodnar Financial Group. There is no fee, but preregistration is required.

Iddy Biddy Tennis will be offered for children ages 3 to 6 on Wednesdays, Jan. 22 to Feb. 19, from 9:15 to 9:45 a.m. in the gym at the Elizabethtown Brethren in Christ (EBIC) Church, 996 E. High St., Elizabethtown. There will be no session on Feb. 12. Participants will use the larger red balls and smaller racquets, nets, and courts. Participants will seek to develop agility, balance, and coordination through activities and games.

Pickleball lessons will be offered for people age 16 and up on Wednesdays, Jan. 22, Jan. 29, and Feb. 5, from 10 to 11 a.m. in the EBIC Church gym. Lessons will cover basic techniques, rules, and strategies. All equipment will be provided.
