The Garden Spot High School baseball team will host a bingo fundraising event on Saturday, Feb. 22, at Garden Spot Fire Rescue, 339 E. Main St., New Holland. Doors will open at noon, and the first game will begin at 1:30 p.m.

Attendees may play 20 rounds of bingo for chances to win prizes such as tickets to sporting events; designer bags; luggage; restaurant gift cards; and certificates for a variety of activities, such as a canoeing trip. The event will also include giveaway drawings, snacks and drinks, and opportunities to meet the baseball team.

The fundraiser is open to the public, and youths age 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult. To reserve tickets in advance at a reduced price, contact Amber Rinker at 717-951-9441. Tickets may be purchased for full price at the door. Proceeds from the event will go directly toward team equipment, uniforms, and other essential items needed for the season ahead.
