The Celtic Classic Dog Show will take place from Wednesday to Sunday, March 13 to 17, at the York Expo Center, 334 Carlisle Ave. The event will give local residents an opportunity to learn more about different dog breeds and the art of showing dogs.

About 8,000 entries are expected over the course of the show. Dog show tours will be available, and guests may sign up at the Kennel Club table inside the arena. Vendors and concessions will be available.

The York Kennel Club, Delaware County Kennel Club and Lancaster Kennel Club sponsor the show. This is the 17th year York has hosted.

For the safety of spectators and dogs, baby strollers are not allowed past the lobby and into the event area. Only dogs registered in the show are allowed on-site.
