Senior Commons at Powder Mill, 1775 Powder Mill Road, York, will present a talk by Scott Mingus, Civil War author and lecturer, on Thursday, April 24, at 6 p.m.

He will discuss Civil War crime stories in York County, including unsolved murder mystery cold cases.

Admission is free. Mingus' books will be available for purchase.
