June 5. Community Jam Session

June 5 to 7. Book Sale

Presented by the Friends of the Honey Brook Community Library

Honey Brook Community Library, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The book sale will take place in the library's new community room.

June 6. Strawberry Festival

Honey Brook Presbyterian Church

4331 Horseshoe Pike, Honey Brook, 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Hot dogs and barbecue sandwiches will be available along with strawberries, cake and ice cream by donation only. There will also be face painting for children.

June 7. Chicken Barbecue

Goodwill United Methodist Church,

148 Church Road, Elverson, noon to 3 p.m. To reserve tickets, call 610-286-8924 or send a message on the church's Facebook page. Proceeds will benefit the Twin Valley Food Pantry. The church will collect nonperishable food items for the pantry during the event.

June 13. St. Benedict's Knights of Columbus Golf Outing

Blackwood Golf Course

510 Red Corner Road, Douglassville. Registration will open at 7 a.m., followed by a shotgun start at 8 a.m. All entries are due by Sunday, June 1. Contact Joe Drahus for details at 610-763-2844. Proceeds will benefit St. Francis Home for Hospice Care.
