David Seel of Morgantown earned All-Metro Region honors from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association. Seel attends Muhlenberg College and is studying biology.

Seel was named all-region in the 800 for the third consecutive season. He ran 1:51.76 at the CC Championships, placing second to the eventual national champion in the event, and broke a 22-year-old school record by finishing in 1:50.97 at the Widener Final Qualifier. Seel, who also won a bronze medal with the 4x400 relay team at the CC Championships, owns the school record in the 800 both indoors and outdoors.
