For the fourth year in a row under head coach Kristen Nicholson, Kutztown University women's lacrosse earned Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Academic Honor Squad accolades. Additionally, two local students landed on the Academic Honor Roll.

The Golden Bears were among 383 programs at the NCAA Division I, Division II, Division III and NAIA levels to be named an IWLCA Academic Honor Squad. To qualify for the honor, the team must have posted a 3.2 grade point average or higher for the entire 2024-25 academic year.

The two local Golden Bears on the honor roll are Brynn Axe of Landisville and Kayla Brooks of Mountville.

To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.
