PA CareerLink Lancaster County will present a two-day Back2School Education Hiring Event on Thursday, Aug. 7, and Friday, Aug. 8, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at CareerLink Lancaster, 1046 Manheim Pike, Lancaster, in the upstairs Workforce Development Board Room.

This event will offer a chance to connect face to face with recruiters from local education employers who are actively hiring for the 2025-26 school year. Job seekers will have the opportunity to speak directly with recruiters, ask questions about open roles, and participate in informal conversations or brief pre-interviews.

Participating employers will include School District of Lancaster, ESS, Student Transportation of America, and several other education-focused organizations. Attendees will be able to apply for a wide range of school-based and support roles, such as paraprofessionals, teacher's assistants, instructional assistants, special education aides, ESL and IEP aides, lunch and recess aides, one-to-one support staff, bus drivers, transportation aides, clerical and secretarial staff, food service workers, and substitute and permanent support staff.
