This free event is specifically geared towards the "good girl" who's been conditioned to follow all the rules and who now feels disconnected from herself. You'll learn common flow disruptors that keep you stuck as well as powerful reframes to help you move forward.

This event is being held on Sunday, September 21, 2025 from 4-6PM at the Black Gryphon in E-town. The event starts promptly at 4:30PM, but arrive by 4PM to settle in and grab food and/or drinks which are available for purchase.
