Fall Afresh, an event by The Well Ministries, will be held on Saturday, Sept. 27, from noon to 6 p.m. at the Elizabethtown Fairgrounds, 900 E. High St.

The free family-friendly community event, being held at the site for the third year, will feature food trucks, displays by several local businesses and vendors. Free events will include face painting, pumpkin painting, a hay bale toss with prizes, live music, hay wagon rides and a bounce house.

The event is not affiliated with Elizabethtown Area School District.
