ENB Announces Staff Promotions

Ephrata National Bank (ENB) has announced the promotion of three ENB employees - Randy Covington, Matthew McKinney and Tyler Trettin.

Covington has been promoted to senior vice president, chief administrative officer. In this leadership role, he will oversee daily operations of customer and account servicing teams while directing project management and enterprise-wide resource planning efforts. Covington has 19 years of experience overseeing bank technology and operations, most recently as ENB's technology solutions officer.

McKinney continues in an elevated position as assistant vice president, financial adviser. McKinney joined ENB in 2016 and has held several roles across the bank, including document imaging specialist, sales assistant, and, most recently, financial advisor. In this role, he will continue to help clients with retirement planning, tax strategies, insurance, and investment management, leveraging his Series 7 and Series 65 licensure. McKinney also brings prior experience from Northwestern Mutual and holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Kutztown University.

Trettin steps into the role of financial adviser with ENB Investment Services. Since transitioning to the financial industry in 2023, Trettin has focused on helping clients with wealth building, retirement planning and legacy strategies. Trettin brings a unique background to his role, having spent 15 years in the fitness industry, including 12 as the owner of Vitality Athletics in Ephrata.
