Ephrata National Bank (ENB) has announced the promotion of two ENB employees - Krystle Buchter and Andrea Devine.

Buchter has been promoted to assistant vice president, fraud/security officer. In this role, she oversees the bank's fraud prevention, detection and security programs while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and protecting ENB customers and assets. Buchter joined ENB in 2020 as a fraud/security officer and has built a strong career in fraud prevention, risk management and compliance. Her leadership includes developing proactive strategies to mitigate fraud risks, enhancing internal controls and fostering employee education on fraud awareness.

Devine steps into the role of mortgage expert with ENB. In this client-facing position, she will work directly with customers to help them achieve their homeownership goals, guiding them through the mortgage process from application to closing. With experience managing the mortgage pipeline, including her years as an ENB residential relationship specialist, Devine brings strong communication skills, a solutions-focused mindset and a passion for helping families secure financing.
