Bethel United Methodist Church (UMC), 1674 Furnace Road, Brogue, will host a Trunk or Treat event in the church parking lot on Saturday, Oct. 25, from 3 to 5 p.m. St. Luke Lutheran Church and Preschool will join Bethel to hand out treats.

Children through sixth grade are invited to dress in costumes and visit trunks to collect a wide variety of treats and goodies.

Bethel UMC also invites community members to attend its worship services on Sundays at 9 a.m. led by pastor Beth Holz.
