Manor Township will host the Vietnam War Memorial Dedication Ceremony on Saturday, Nov. 8, at 10 a.m. at Creswell Park in Washington Boro. Attendees are encouraged to arrive by 9:30 a.m. for seating and protocol coordination. Everyone in the community is invited to attend to honor local veterans.

The event will pay tribute to the service and sacrifice of Vietnam veterans and their families and formally dedicate the new Vietnam War Memorial as a place of remembrance and reflection for the community.

The program will feature remarks from veterans' families and elected leaders, as well as special recognitions. The event will also include a presentation of colors, a wreath-laying, and a musical salute. Complimentary refreshments, including coffee and sandwiches, will be available on-site.

Creswell Park is located at 3103 River Road, Conestoga. The township encourages members of the public, veterans, families of veterans, and community partners to attend the ceremony.
