Congressman Lloyd Smucker's office will present the Manheim Lions Club with a Congressional Record Citation at its next meeting on Monday, Nov. 3, beginning at 7 p.m. at the Manheim Train Station, 210 S. Charlotte St.

The citation is being awarded to the club for celebrating its 100-year anniversary. The public is invited to stop by to see the presentation and to stay for cake and other light refreshments.
