Women of all ages and preschool children are invited to attend Neighbors Sharing and Caring, a women's ministry of the Chiques Church, 4045 Sunnyside Road, Manheim, on Tuesday, Nov. 4, from 9 to 10:45 a.m.

Kristen Hess will speak on "Growing in Dependence." She will discuss the importance of vulnerability and admitting helplessness before God in order to grow in faith.

Kristen grew up in the Manheim area and has been a lifelong member of Chiques Church. She has been married to her husband, Mike, for 15 years, and they have three children. She works as a family physician at Norlanco Family Medicine and enjoys reading, gardening, spending time with family, and taking walks.
