Historic Rock Ford Sets Presentation

Historic Rock Ford, 881 Rock Ford Road, Lancaster, will present "The Tavern Cook: Eighteenth Century Dining Through the Recipes of Richard Briggs" by internationally renowned food historian Marc Meltonville on Friday, Nov. 21, at 6:30 p.m.

Meltonville will provide a look at what was cooked, poured, and celebrated in the 18th century, from kitchen hearths to tavern punch bowls.

The lecture will take place in the Langmuir Education Room on the first floor of the Rock Ford Barn. Attendees should park in the area behind the barn.
