OMPH Students Learn About Saints

Fourth-grade students at Our Mother of Perpetual Help (OMPH) School in Ephrata honored the saints who have gone before them with a presentation to the school community and families on Oct. 31.

Each student, under the direction of teacher Jennifer Dodson, chose and researched the life of a saint. On Oct. 31, students dressed in costume and told the story of their chosen saint's life to their schoolmates and the parishioners in attendance. The presentations provided historical information about figures such as St. Monica, St. Patrick, St. Juan Diego, and St. Philomena.

OMPH is a Catholic preschool, elementary school, and middle school. It welcomes children of all faiths who seek an education focused on reverence, respect, and responsibility.
