The National Watch and Clock Museum, 514 Poplar St., Columbia, will hold its annual New Year's at Noon event on Wednesday, Dec. 31, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The event will include games, crafts, face painting, and opportunities to explore the museum. Create Columbia will be represented. A balloon drop will take place at noon, and a quiet area will offer opportunities to visit with Kelly Skiptunas and her reading therapy dogs.
