Rebecca Lane, a member of the field hockey team at Lebanon Valley College, Annville, received academic honors from the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA). Lane is from Elizabethtown.

Lane was recognized in the NFHCA National Academic Squad program, which honors undergraduate student-athletes who achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or greater through the fall semester. Student-athletes are nominated by their NFHCA member coaches.

Lane, a graduate of Lancaster Mennonite School, is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in early childhood education and special education.
