Furner Realty Group and Beyond the Fork in the Road will present "Downsizing With Confidence: Understanding the Journey" at Fairmount in Ephrata on Wednesday, Jan. 21, from 1 to 3 p.m. The seminar will be held in the Wheat Ridge Chapel at 333 Wheat Ridge Drive on the west side of the Fairmount campus.

Topics covered will include where to begin when it comes to rightsizing; tips for sorting, donating, and letting go; how to plan for a smooth move; emotional and lifestyle aspects of transitioning; and resources available to make the journey easier.
