Freedom Life Releases Worship Album

A lot of these songs come from personal testimonies, things we walked through - good and bad - and the songs that came out of them," said Bryar Bullock of Paradise, the worship pastor at Freedom Life Church, when announcing the release of "High Praise," a new album produced by Freedom Life Worship. "All of these songs are songs that we regularly sing at our church on Sundays, and we did a night where we sang all the songs live and hit the record button. The album is the result of that."

The new worship album, released on Jan. 9, features six original songs written in-house, and one cover song. "The team - all of the singers and musicians - put together the album. They volunteered their time and talents to create the sound," noted Caleb Masteller of Cochranville, creative director at Freedom Life.

"The music that we put out is songs that we wrote together as a team that really capture the heartbeat and the sound of church and our worship team," Bullock added. "We were singing these songs on Sunday mornings and really enjoying them and hearing a lot of feedback about how much (the congregation was) enjoying worshipping to these songs."

The goal of producing the album was to share the church's music with congregation members, as well as the community. "First, we decided to put them together so church members could worship whenever they wanted to in their cars or their homes," said Bullock. "Secondly, we thought it would be a blessing to people outside the walls of our church. We didn't want to limit it (to Freedom Life members). We wanted people to listen and worship and encounter the presence of God through the songs."

Four singles from the album, "Thank You, Thank You," "Yours," "High Praise" and "Glory Glory," have already been released and are being streamed on all music platforms, including Amazon Music, Spotify, Apple Music and Pandora. People may also listen to the songs and watch the live recording by visiting http://www.youtube.com and searching for "Thank You Thank You (Live) Freedom Life Worship."

"We have an amazing group of people on our worship team who love worship, love the Lord and use music to worship and to praise Him," noted Bullock. "It takes a village to do something like this. There were so many people who had a part of this. It wasn't one individual. It was a collective effort to pull it off."

Many of the songs on the album were written more than a year ago, and they were recorded on one evening in March 2025. "Everything you hear and what we took pride in is that (we used) 90% of what was recorded that night 'as is.' There was not much that had to be touched up," Bullock added. "We opened the doors and said everyone is welcome to come. It was a live recording, and it turned into a worship night where people could be a part of it and sing and worship with us."

Bullock and Masteller encourage people to listen to the music no matter their background as a way to become closer to God. "We want people to encounter the presence of God and have a realization of how God loves them," said Bullock. "We are thrilled people have the opportunity to listen and worship wherever they are with the press of a button."
