The Lancaster Bonsai Society will present "Bonsai 101" on Saturday, March 7, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. in the greenhouse of Stauffers of Kissel Hill Home and Garden Store, 301 Rohrerstown Road, Lancaster.

Ryan Wagner, a club veteran and professor of plant physiology and botany at Millersville University, will provide an introduction to the art of bonsai and tips on growing and caring for bonsai trees. Wagner will also demonstrate how one can create a bonsai tree from common nursery plants. A question-and-answer session will follow the presentation.
