There is no better time than the fall and winter to try your hand at baking bread or explore a new baking skill! As the temperatures cool, join us for a bread-baking workshop that covers the basics! We will explore white, whole wheat, sourdough, and artisan bread varieties. Instruction will include the use of a variety of ingredients, techniques, and variations for distinct bread-making styles. The workshop will include bread samplings, hands-on instruction, and the camaraderie that comes with an evening in the kitchen. We'll also reflect on bread-baking as an exercise in reconnection: with ourselves, our history, our ingredients, and the land.

No prior bread-baking experience is required.
