Julia Caesar
Aug 3-6, 2022
The People's Shakespeare Project next mainstage production is a reimagining of The Tragedy of Julius Caesar, directed by Laura Korach Howell. This iconic play explores the age-old themes of power, patriotism, envy, and greed.
When the mighty Roman leader, Julia Caesar, is assassinated, high hopes for the Roman Empire collide with the questionable intentions of her killers. And as Mark Antony says, “Let slip the dogs of war,” chaos ensues.
