At Ready, Set, Explore Media and Makers, children and teens (ages 3 – 14) will enjoy hands-on activities that prepare them for success in innovative and inclusive environments.

Plus, The Cat in the Hat will be there to inspire everyone’s creativity! Drop in anytime between 10am and 2pm!

Ready, Set, Explore Media and Makers offers families an opportunity to experience an introduction to new technologies, resources and tools, while practicing the media literacy skills needed to critically analyze content in today’s digital world.

During this free event, your family will engage in various STEM activities featuring coding and robotics, explore green screen technology, and meet a journalist and graphic designer.

Ready, Set, Explore Media and Makers will take place outdoors. If it rains, the event will move inside the Lancaster Public Library, 151 North Queen Street, Lancaster.
