A trauma-informed yoga class is a specific type of yoga practice designed to be safe and supportive for individuals who have experienced trauma. Students have complete control over their practice, classes focus on safety and body awareness, minimize overwhelm through a calm environment, and classes foster non- judgment and self-acceptance.
This class will be held on September 18 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
