Integrate Therapy and Wellness, located at 2727 Old Philadelphia Pike in Bird-in-Hand, will host a community sound bath from 5:30 to 6:30 pm on Monday, October 14, 2024.

A sound bath, or sound immersion, is a meditative practice that uses instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to promote relaxation and stress relief. The October 14 sound bath will be performed by Jen Ryan of Jen Who Plays the Gong.

The event is open to the public and is expected to last about an hour. The sound bath will be held outdoors at sunset. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and to bring a yoga mat, towel, or sheet. Tickets are $30 per person.
