50plus Expo set in Lancaster

The 24th annual Lancaster County 50plus Expo (Spring) will return Wednesday, May 10, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Wyndham Resort (formerly Lancaster Host Resort), 2300 Lincoln Highway East, Lancaster.

Co-hosted by OLP Events and the Lancaster County Office of Aging, the expo's exhibitors will provide up-to-date information for the lifestyle and needs of the local 50-plus community, including travel, housing, medical services, leisure, home improvements, finances, health care and more.

The 50plus EXPO will also feature door prizes, seminars and health screenings.

Onstage entertainment will include an interactive fitness demonstration with Bright Side Opportunities Center, a discussion of heart health with a cardiologist from UPMC, a virtual store tour and meal-prep tips from a Wegmans nutritionist and a musical performance by nationally recognized Elvis Presley tribute artist Jeff Krick Jr.

AAA will have its Mobile Branch cargo van set up for help with many AAA services, such as notary service, passport photos, theme park tickets and others.

Admission and parking are free. A complimentary shuttle service will provide transportation from the parking area to the expo entrance.
