Joshua Donaldson, a financial adviser with the Lancaster branch of Wells Fargo Advisors, has earned the title of Certified Financial Planner (CFP) as authorized by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.

The CFP certification identifies those individuals who have met the rigorous experience and ethical requirements of the CFP Board, have successfully completed coursework on financial topics and have passed the 10-hour CFP Certification Examination testing in the following areas: general principles of financial strategies, insurance planning and risk management, employee benefits planning and retirement and estate planning strategies. CFP certificants also agree to meet ongoing continuing education requirements and to uphold the CFP Board's Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility, Rules of Conduct and Financial Planning Practice Standards.

Donaldson has been a financial adviser with Wells Fargo Advisors for three years and has 10 years' experience in the brokerage industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Millersville University. Donaldson lives in Lancaster with his wife, Michelle, and their son, Everett.
