L-S Athletes Sign Letters Of Intent

On Nov. 10, six Lampeter-Strasburg High School seniors signed letters of intent or pledged to play sports at the collegiate level at the first Commitment Day ceremony of the 2021-22 school year.

The seniors participating in the ceremony were Jenna Daveler, who will play soccer for Old Dominion University in Division I; Emaly Garrett, lacrosse, Eastern Michigan University, Division I; Hannah Gawne, lacrosse, Messiah University, Division III; Giovanni Malatesta, baseball, Washington College, Division III; Keiva Middleton, softball, Lock Haven University, Division II; and Isaiah Parido baseball, Messiah University, Division III.

The next Commitment Day ceremony will take place in February 2022.
