The Lampeter-Strasburg Athletic Hall of Fame committee will posthumously induct Ryan Smith, a member of the Lampeter-Strasburg High School (LSHS) Class of 2018, into the Lampeter-Strasburg Athletic Hall of Fame on Friday, Sept. 23. Smith will be honored prior to and during LSHS' football game against Cocalico.

Prior to the game, the Lampeter-Strasburg Varsity Club will host a coffee and dessert reception for invited guests at 5:30 p.m. in the cafeteria of LSHS, 1600 Book Road, Lampeter. Family and friends of Smith will celebrate Smith's achievements, and a representative of the Smith family will offer remarks. At the conclusion of the reception, all guests may proceed to the football field, where Smith will be honored during halftime of the game.
