The Refton REFIT kickoff class will take place on Monday, Jan. 23, in the gym at Refton Brethren In Christ Church, 110 Church St., Refton. The class will run from 6:30 to 8 p.m. and is open to women and girls of all ages.

The positive aerobic fitness kickoff event is free and open to the public. In addition to an aerobics class, the event will include a photo both, fresh fruit, and giveaways.

Future classes will be offered on Mondays from 7 to 8 p.m. and Thursdays from 6 to 7 p.m. There is a cost to participate. For details, visit https://reftonchurch.org/refton-refit.
