A Fall Fest will be held on Saturday, Oct. 28, at Village Park, 800 Village Road, Lancaster. The YMCA will host a Trunk or Treat and costume contest from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., and Lampeter Strasburg Youth Soccer (LSYS) will hold its second annual Pumpkin Walk, along with a carved pumpkin contest, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The What's for Supper and Joe on the Go food trucks will be on-site.

For the Pumpkin Walk, community members are invited to carve a pumpkin and bring it to the park to be judged. Prizes will be awarded. Those who plan to participate may purchase certain pumpkins at a discount from Lapp's Farm Market, 1406 Old Lampeter Road, Lancaster. Shoppers should mention LSYS when paying.
