ABC Keystone Adds Three New Team Members

The Keystone Chapter of Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) recently announced that three new team members have joined the chapter staff: Derek Robbins of New Cumberland, HVAC instructor for the ABC Keystone apprenticeship program; Janet Gribble of Ronks, assistant director of marketing and communications; and Lori Allison of Columbia, administrative assistant, member services.

Robbins is a certified EPA608 proctor from the ESCO Institute, providing HVAC Level 1 apprentices the opportunity to prepare for and take the EPA608 Universal Certification exam. Robbins has more than 15 years experience in the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC/R) industry.

In his role at ABC, he will instruct students in HVAC/R installation, service, maintenance and troubleshooting of residential and commercial HVAC/R systems. Robbins also earned his refrigeration technician license, journeyman sheet metal license and oil burners license. In addition to his HVAC/R trade experience, he served as an enlisted military police officer.

In her role at ABC, Gribble will support the director of marketing and communications with website content management, print/digital graphic design, photography and other marketing and communications functions of the chapter.

Gibble earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in communication arts and graphic design from Pennsylvania College of Art & Design. Before starting at ABC Keystone, she worked as a graphic designer and marketing professional at Tama Graphics & Marketing Inc., Lancaster Country Day School and Martin's Flooring Inc.

In her role at ABC, Allison will serve as receptionist for the chapter while also supporting the membership and events departments with meeting member needs and providing quality customer service.

Allison has more than 30 years of administrative experience in office management, accounts payable and receivable, sales administration and customer service in various industries, including architectural/engineering and construction, human resources, manufacturing sales and marketing. She is also a licensed notary public for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
