ABC Keystone Announces 2022 Officers, Directors

The Keystone Chapter of Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) recently announced that Keith Eldredge, a partner at RKL in Mechanicsburg, has been named chair of the board for 2022.

Eldredge grew up with several construction workers in his family, spent time on job sites and worked on several construction projects. A certified public accountant (CPA), he has provided audit and tax services for construction companies for more than 36 years. He is an active member of ABC Keystone, most recently serving as first vice chair of the board and chair of the Budget and Finance Committee. He has also served on both the legislative and membership committees and on the Keystone Chapter's education committee and was the chair in 2014.

Eldredge has been a member of the Construction Financial Management Association since 1994 and earned his Certified Construction Industry Financial Person designation in 2014. This credential recognizes levels of expertise in the profession and professional standards in construction financial management. To become certified, applicants must complete testing in the disciplines of finance, IT, human resources and law.

Actively involved in many associations, Eldredge has previously been president of ACCESS-York and Leadership York, as well as treasurer of York Habitat for Humanity and the Dover Area Soccer Association. He holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from York College of Pennsylvania and earned his CPA license in 1989. Eldredge and his wife, Kimberly, live in Dover in York County.

ABC also announced a new addition to the 2022 Executive Committee - Steven Kearns of Manchester, vice president at James Craft & Son Inc. in York Haven - who was named secretary.

ABC Keystone also welcomed the following new additions to its board leadership for 2022: Robb Beiler of Willow Street, director of business development at Quality Buildings, Lancaster; Jeffrey C. Bright of Red Lion, a shareholder at Saxton & Stump Lawyers and Consultants, Lancaster; and Joe Finkey of East Earl, director of commercial sales at Martin's Flooring Inc., Denver.

Returning for a three-year term are John H. Hykes II of York, president/human resources at B & B Integrations, Lancaster, and Roger S. Brubaker of Lancaster, director of construction services at Meadow Valley Electric, Inc., Ephrata.

In addition to Eldredge, the executive committee includes chair elect Steve Conway; first vice chair John Lehmann, second vice chair Guy Kingree, secretary Steven Kearns, treasurer Timothy A. Kershner, and immediate past chair Cleo Weaver.

The board of directors includes Robb Beiler, Jeff Bright, Roger S. Brubaker, Douglas M. Dvorchak, Ed Engle, Joe Finkey, Brian Floyd, Wayne Fuhrman, Mike Funck, Ken Funk, John H. Hykes II, Dave Oblender, Jon Sensenig, James Stephens, Bethany Tesche, Jan Wagner, and Thomas O. Williams.
