The American Helicopter Museum and Education Center (AHMEC), 1220 American Blvd., West Chester, has planned holiday activities.

The museum's volunteers will operate the museum's new O-gauge train display from Saturday, Dec. 3, through Friday, Dec. 30. Volunteers will be available to answer questions. For more details, visit https://americanhelicopter.museum/holiday-trains-at-ahmec/.

The East Penn Traction Club, a group of 300 enthusiasts throughout the Delaware Valley and Philadelphia region will display and operate some of its O-gauge and HO-gauge traveling layouts of trolleys in the museum's Model Room on Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 3 and 4. Club members will be available to answer questions.

AHMEC will hold its annual SantaFest on Saturday, Dec. 10, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. with Santa and Mrs. Claus arriving at 11 a.m. The event will include crafts, activities, movies, and more. The Train Collectors Association Atlantic Division will display and operate one of its many layouts and answers questions in the museum's Model Room on Saturday, Dec. 17. The Train Collectors Association Atlantic Division is a national organization of model railroad enthusiasts dedicated to collecting, preserving, and operating model trains.
