The Friends of the Alexander Family Library will hold their large fall book sale from Wednesday to Saturday, Sept. 21 to 24. Shoppers may browse the items in the second-floor meeting rooms at the William H. and Marion C. Alexander Family Library, 200 W. Second St., Hummelstown.

The book sale will be open to the public on Sept. 21 and Thursday, Sept. 22, from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Friday, Sept. 23, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; and Sept. 24 from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The Friends will offer a half-price sale on Sept. 23 and a bag sale on Sept. 24.

The book sale will include fiction books for adults and children, nonfiction books for adults in various categories, nonfiction books for children, books on CD, music CDs, DVDs, computer software, puzzles and games. All proceeds will benefit the library.
