Boys and girls ages 9 to 14 are invited to participate in the Church of the Holy Spirit Knights of Columbus Council 10502's annual Free Throw Shooting Championship. The local competition will be held on Sunday, Jan. 29, 2023, at 1 p.m. in the gym at Palmyra High School, 1125 Park Drive, Palmyra.

This is a free event, with winners progressing through local, district, and state competitions. All boys and girls ages 9 to 14 are eligible to participate and will compete in their respective age divisions.
