Danielle Rose will bring her collection of artwork to Mulberry Art Studios in August. "See Beauty: Encountering People and Spaces in Oil Painting" will open on Friday, Aug. 6, with a First Friday reception from 5 to 9 p.m.

Rose is a self-taught artist and has been a resident artist at Mulberry Art Studios in Lancaster since 2018. She began painting in college at St. Francis University, where she earned her doctorate in physical therapy. After she moved to Lancaster, Rose continued to develop her abilities in oil painting, drawing inspiration from local artists and the unique atmosphere Lancaster offers. While she works full time as a physical therapist, she always makes time to go to her studio and create.
