United Churches Elizabethtown Area (UCEA) and Elizabethtown Community Housing & Outreach Services (ECHOS) have joined forces to help residents of Elizabethtown navigate Red Rose Access.

Red Rose Access is a program of the Red Rose Transit Authority (RRTA). It is a shared-ride, door-to-door transportation service for senior citizens and persons with a disability. ECHOS and UCEA are offering application assistance; eligibility guidance; scheduling support, including financial support; and advocacy and follow-up.
