Mark Walmer, a former prosecutor with more than 35 years of experience, recently joined Chieppor & Egner's expanding legal practice.

Walmer was an assistant district attorney earlier in his career, but has spent the past two decades protecting the rights of individuals charged with crimes in the southcentral Pennsylvania region. Over the past 10 years, Walmer has become an expert in the process and practice of both pardons and expungements, even assisting the Lancaster Bar Association's pro bono pardon clinic.

Chieppor & Egner launched in January after both founding partners left the district attorney's office to open their own litigation-focused practice. They serve clients from across the southcentral portion of the state in areas of criminal defense, family law, personal injury and a number of other general practice areas.
